❌ Purchase Option Cancellation Policy

At Platinum JAKS, every order is made with care and intention — often custom printed or pre-ordered just for you. Because of the nature of our small-batch and made-to-order production process, we have the following cancellation policy in place:

🕒 Order Cancellations

We accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order.

If you need to cancel, please email us at [your email] with your order number as soon as possible.

After 24 hours, your order will be sent into production and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

📦 Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are made specifically for you, based on demand and limited inventory runs. Because of this:

• Pre-orders cannot be cancelled or refunded after purchase

• Please review all sizing, color, and product information before placing your order

✅ Exceptions

If you made an accidental duplicate purchase or selected the wrong item and reach out within 24 hours, we will do our best to update or cancel the order.
